We are looking for a smart, active, sharp-minded and responsible Admin, Accounts & Business Operations Executive for NASA Interior.
The candidate will be responsible for handling multiple areas of our business, including office administration, basic accounts, GST billing, purchase, vendor coordination, inventory, factory material tracking, expenses, company profile management, social media, AI tools, video editing and sales/marketing support.
This is not a routine data-entry or single-task job. We need someone who can understand work quickly, manage multiple responsibilities in an organized manner and complete tasks without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily office backend and administrative work.
Manage basic accounts, GST bills, purchase/sales bills and expense records.
Coordinate with CA/accountant for accounts and GST-related work.
Maintain purchase records and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.
Take quotations, compare rates and follow up with vendors.
Maintain factory inventory and track material coming in and going out.
Maintain material inward/outward and project-wise stock records.
Track expenses, payments, purchases and pending dues.
Maintain company documents, profiles and business records.
Manage company social media and create regular posts/reels.
Use Canva, ChatGPT and other AI tools for daily business work.
Basic video editing and social media content creation.
Assist in running and monitoring Google/Instagram/Facebook ads.
Maintain customer enquiries, leads and quotation records.
Coordinate between management, factory, vendors and project/site teams.
Prepare Excel/Google Sheet reports and daily/weekly updates.
Follow up on pending work and make sure tasks are completed on time.
