Introducing THE CURVE — our upcoming residential development in Virar, where architecture responds to context rather than imposing on it.
What makes this design distinct is its origin story: the sweeping curved form wasn’t just an aesthetic decision, but a solution born from the constraints of the site itself - proof that some of the most striking architecture, emerges from limitations, and not due to the lack of them.
Residents will enjoy 2 dedicated clubhouses, generous amenity zones, and a rooftop terrace that crowns the towers with green, open space above the city.
THE CURVE stands as a study in how site-responsive design can still deliver a landmark.

A contemporary farmhouse rooted in tropical vernacular architecture.

Perched on a contoured site overlooking the Khadakwasla backwaters, the project is shaped by deep verandahs, sloping Mangalore-tiled roofs, and an earthy material palette—designed to frame the landscape, invite natural light, and respond to its setting.
