Here a sketch, there a sketch. ✍🏽

Thinking through drawing is our favourite tool of design exploration at the studio. Every line is a question, and every doodle is a possibility. The experimentation happens on the drawing board so that precision can be achieved on site.

Turns out, there’s a lot hidden in a sketch—you just have to keep creating.

The crisis of contemporary urban housing lies in its isolation from the larger built and unbuilt landscapes that surround it. The master plan for this upcoming housing development is designed to integrate community-based living as core infrastructure, balanced in negotiation with the site’s rich ecology.

Sharing its address with Architecture Discipline’s newest workspace and home to Principal Akshat Bhatt, Palm Avenue is a two-storey residence prioritising material discipline and spatial economy to create a space at the intersection of technical precision and lived informality.

An architecture of play. 🤸🏽

A bright, robust, modular framework serves as the core of this designated kids’ play area in our upcoming hospitality project. Conceived as a site for long-term curiosity and engagement for young guests, the simple grid organises a series of interconnected free-form volumes, creating an environment that is intuitive to navigate and endlessly adaptable.

Colour, pattern, and material serve as tools for orientation, helping children develop spatial awareness while encouraging exploration and discovery.

Adaptive reuse projects are acts of sustainable reinterpretation that approach existing built fabric as a framework for evolution and adaptability, giving spaces a renewed lease on life.

Located within Delhi’s former industrial Dhan Mill compound, Common Room transforms an existing warehouse into a collaborative workspace through a series of precise architectural interventions. The project builds upon the inherent spatial qualities of the structure—its open plan and skylights—while introducing contemporary elements that support new modes of working and gathering.
