Housing residential project, Ninex City has been precertified Platinum by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) under the Green Homes Rating System for its high-performance design.

The foundation of Ngainkin's architectural practice empowers us to transcend conventional planning, creating innovative and forward-thinking spaces. By being sensitive to the built environment across human, civic, and social dimensions, our designs continue to stand out and resonate today.

Achieving a cohesive design with maximum Vastu compliance in residential apartments is challenging, especially when avoiding mirror-image layouts. Each apartment set is uniquely oriented and planned to adhere strictly to Vastu principles. Our designs eliminate opposite mirror blocks, ensuring all rooms and services are optimally positioned for Vastu harmony.
