GAJRA VRINDAVAN- Taking Shape.

A thoughtfully designed entrance is always the first impression of a community — and for Gajra Vrindavan, the vision was clear from the beginning: modern, minimal and welcoming.

The entrance gate is designed with clean architectural lines, balanced proportions and a contemporary aesthetic that reflects the larger vision of the township. Strong yet elegant in its expression, it creates an identity that feels timeless, organised and inviting.

Beyond the entrance unfolds a carefully landscaped community environment designed to encourage everyday interaction, wellness and recreation. The garden spaces are envisioned as active social pockets for all age groups — featuring a green gym, kids’ play areas, walking zones and open greens that bring life and movement into the township.

The landscape design balances openness with functionality, allowing residents to experience moments of leisure, community and calm within the built environment. Every pathway, planting edge and activity space is planned to create a cohesive living experience rooted in comfort and connection.

This is just the beginning of the Gajra Vrindavan story.

Watching a vision turn into reality — exactly as imagined. ✨

Presenting the completed drone views of Cosy 5, Jalgaon, a project where architecture, climate responsiveness and modern living come together seamlessly.

Designed as a contemporary residential development rooted in thoughtful planning, the project reflects clean forms, balanced proportions and a carefully crafted façade language. One of its defining architectural elements is the south façade treatment with vertical louvers, strategically designed to cut harsh direct sunlight, minimise heat gain and improve thermal comfort within the homes — a subtle yet impactful passive design intervention.

Every detail, from massing to material expression, has been executed with precision, staying true to the original design vision. Seeing the built form stand exactly as conceptualised is one of the most rewarding parts of the architectural journey.

The drone perspective beautifully captures the scale, façade rhythm and spatial composition of the project — revealing how climate-conscious design can also become a strong visual identity.

Bungalow at Yavatmal – Colonial Charm, Modern Living
: Colonial Grace, Modern Comfort

Designed as a harmonious blend of colonial architectural elegance and modern living sensibilities, this bungalow at Posad, Yavatmal reflects a timeless yet contemporary residential expression. The design draws inspiration from the balanced proportions, subtle ornamentation, and dignified presence associated with colonial architecture, while integrating modern spatial planning and lifestyle-driven functionality.

A key design priority for the residence was achieving optimal indoor comfort through passive cooling strategies. The building form, orientation, shading devices, and window placements are carefully considered to minimise heat gain and encourage natural ventilation. These climate-responsive techniques ensure pleasant living conditions while reducing dependence on mechanical cooling systems.

Internally, the spatial planning focuses on creating a home that feels cosy, cohesive and intuitively connected. All spaces are kept compact, efficiently organised, and thoughtfully bound to one another, fostering a strong sense of warmth and homeliness. Circulation flows naturally, allowing the home to feel open yet intimately scaled.

The architectural language balances heritage character with modern refinement—clean lines meet classical detailing, creating a residence that feels both rooted and contemporary.
