SIDDHI
A HARMONIOUS BLEND OF SHADOW, VOLUME & MATERIALITY

Located in Nanded on a 3941 sq. ft. north-facing plot, Siddhi is a G+1 bungalow that crafts a seamless dialogue between openness, shadow play, and material textures. Designed around a double-height courtyard, the home integrates spatial transparency with a rhythmic play of solids and voids.

Vaikuntha – Where Space Meets Serenity ✨🏡

Designed by Axis Design Studio, Vaikuntha in Kinwat is a seamless blend of bold geometry and fluid spatial planning. Defined by clean lines and box forms, the residence embraces an open-plan layout, allowing natural light and ventilation to shape the living experience.

At its heart lies an open-to-sky courtyard, a tranquil oasis that connects the spaces both visually and experientially. The double-height living area, complemented by an overlooking passage, creates a dynamic interplay of volumes, fostering a sense of openness while maintaining privacy.

Vaikuntha isn’t just a home; it’s an architectural experience—where design breathes, spaces interact, and living feels effortless.
