It was a true honor and privilege to host a legend and my very first mentor, Ar. Girish Doshi, along with Sadhna Ma'am, at my office.
Meeting Sir after almost 22 years—this time in my own office, having done my internship under him all those years ago—feels like a full-circle moment. I am immensely grateful that he took the time to visit. We spent wonderful hours discussing our work, architecture, and his enduring design ideologies. Any time spent with sir is always a learning .
We also shared a special lunch at a five -generation-old bhojanalay tucked away in the narrow lanes of Itwari, Nagpur—a place known for its rich history and authentic flavors rather than standard dining. It was delightful to see his genuine appreciation and engagement with both the food and the heritage of the spot.
