Aluminium formwork for full monolithic casting and vertical systems covering columns, shear walls and retaining walls, including heavy round columns, radius columns, curvature sections and heavy lift walls designed to drawing. MS formwork covering shuttering for vertical surfaces and centering for horizontal surfaces, supplied with props, jacks, tie rods, wall ties, double waller systems and base plates. Aluminium scaffolding towers in double width and narrow width, mobile and static, across a range of working heights. MS scaffolding in cuplock, ringlock and H-frame, in hot dip galvanised, pre-galvanised and painted finishes. How we work
Multiple design teams across India, so drawings are turned around regionally rather than queued centrally. Dedicated production teams for staircase and curvature material, where precision matters most. Unit-wise delivery on wooden pallets with polythene wrap and a BOQ list, so site teams receive a system rather than a consignment. On-site training and technical support through first assembly and first pour. What we have built
Over 100 monolithic aluminium formwork projects completed, and more than 600 vertical formwork orders delivered. Over 100,000 sqm of material supplied to L&T Construction across 13 or more projects, including Ultima Villa and six towers at Prestige Park Grove in Bangalore, the 65-plus floor tower at The Gateway in Sevri, and work at Powai in Mumbai. Our scaffolding has been supplied to Adani at Mundra, NCC at Thane, HPCL at Vizag, Godrej, Nestle India, Lloyds Engineering and Prama Hikvision, and exported for projects abroad.
