A seamless blend of warmth, serenity and contemporary detailing. ✨

This living space flows effortlessly from the entrance and display console into the softly layered sofa area, with the altar creating a calm focal point at the heart of the room.

The visual journey continues through the window and TV wall, opening into the passage and finally transitioning into the bar and open kitchen.

Soft sage tones, warm neutrals, fluted textures, arched detailing and curated lighting come together to create a home that feels sophisticated yet deeply inviting.

This modern open kitchen brings together pastel cabinetry, warm wood accents and elegant marble-look flooring to create a space that feels light, spacious and inviting.

The muted pastel palette keeps the kitchen calm and sophisticated, while the dark countertop adds just the right amount of contrast. Open display shelves bring functionality into the design, making everyday essentials part of the visual story.

From the integrated storage to the breakfast island, bar seating and suspended w**e rack — every detail has been designed to make the kitchen as beautifully functional as it is aesthetically refined.

A kitchen made for slow mornings, long conversations and everything in between. ✨

A bedroom designed for a young bachelor who prefers his space bold, sophisticated and unapologetically modern. 🖤

The deep black textures, warm wood tones, smoked glass wardrobe and dramatic marble detailing create a moody yet inviting retreat. The illuminated moon feature becomes the focal point, adding a touch of character against the dark backdrop, while layered lighting brings warmth and depth to the space.

From the integrated wardrobe to the sleek entertainment wall, every element has been designed to balance function, personality and contemporary luxury.

A space that feels masculine without being heavy — refined without being predictable.

EXTENTION of university campus on the same floor housing the main campus which we designed including classrooms for students + admin area + cabins + sitout space to name a few!

Checkout the vedio clip of this extention campus completed with similar design langauge to the main campus!

This project was almost complete by start of 2026 and handover got delayed due to the iran war.

This project being out of india, in sharjah, dubai with interior institutional project in collaboration, with all design input from our end, was an excellent oppurtunity to learn and to dream big ❤️

Hence the institutional design has a lot of charector with colour coding as per classrooms + curved lighting + graphics almost filling in life 🤟

A big thanks and grateful to all those involved in this extention campus of 3000 sqft institute campus planning + ex*****on. Looking fwd to more such work oppurtunities in future!

The main entrance to this home with safety door and main door offering transition from public to personal space via a vestibule.

Keeping is simple, elegant and making a statement is not easy 😅 and thats what the entire look is all about!

The utility of the vestibule with shoe rack cabinet with a corner showpeice opening onto the huge living dining space effortlessly!

Simplicity is totally underrated❤️

Modern contemporary luxury brought to life through thoughtful design and meticulous detailing.

This internal passage space with sliding glass door as partition between living and bedroom spaces is the perfect cutoff from public to personal space.

The utility of common powder washroom and common basin alongwith few storage cabinets and loft is the first punctuation halt in it, before it leads further into the 3 bedrooms.

The drama is further created with a see through metal jali partition and mettalic washbasin + mirror.

Sometimes the utility area also gives a surprisingly polished look ❤️

Modern contemporary luxury brought to life through thoughtful design and meticulous detailing.

This bedroom design already had a well defined character and hence the attached toilet definately had to be an extended part of it! The catch was no civil revisions in the washroom at all 🤟

The drama unfolds with hidden toilet door in the wooden laminate panelling wall and is carried forward with wooden louvered panelling on toilet mirror wall. There is storage cabinet with ledge above wc which satisfies the utility part. And lastly the mirror shape with complimenting globe wall lights are the signature!

Sometimes the dark is mysterious and gives a surprisingly polished look ❤️

This bedroom design creates a lot of drama with pull out tray for makeup application and hidden cabinet storage with full length dressing mirror.

Further the fabric sandwiched glass shutters of wardrobe with light within all together elevate the overall design.
