First impressions start at the gates.
When we designed the entrance pavilion for this exclusive bungalow community, we wanted to make the idea of arriving home a magnificent one. It should be more than just a security checkpoint. We wanted it to be an experience.
We shaped the pavilion with fluid architectural curves that look like they’re growing right out of the landscape. When you drive in, the mix of sculpted forms, warm lighting, and thick tropical planting gives you this instant feeling of quiet grandeur. It lets you know you’re stepping into a private, refined world before you even reach your front door.
More than anything, this structure sets the tone for the entire community's identity. One that feels timeless, deeply connected to nature, and built to leave a lasting impression.
