Every building tells a story, and the lobby is where it begins. More than a point of entry, it welcomes, guides, and connects people while shaping their first impression of the space. Designed to balance accessibility, security, and circulation, it serves as the building’s public face.
As workplaces and public spaces continue to evolve, lobbies have become destinations in themselves—encouraging interaction, enhancing user experience, and setting the tone for the journey beyond. Thoughtful design transforms these transitional spaces into meaningful experiences that leave a lasting impression.

What if the most important room in a home wasn’t enclosed by walls, but open to the sky?

At the heart of The Inner Landscape is a central courtyard that brings together light, breeze, and landscape, becoming the home’s climatic and social core. Inspired by the traditional courtyard house, the design reimagines this timeless typology for contemporary urban living, creating spaces that feel open, connected, and naturally comfortable.

Guided by climate from the very beginning, the home uses orientation, passive cooling, natural ventilation, and a terracotta screen to reduce heat gain while enhancing daylight and airflow. Rather than treating sustainability as an addition, the architecture integrates it into every design decision creating a home that responds to its environment as beautifully as it does to the people who live in it.

The facade strategy evolves through a considered balance of glazing and solid massing, creating a controlled yet distinctive building envelope.

• The initial 60% glazing proposal was refined to 40% to increase the solid facade areas.
• The increased massing above the parapet conceals the services above
• Solid and glazed surfaces create a structured rhythm across the elevation.
• The material palette of concrete and steel grey reinforces the building’s industrial character.
• Strategic glazing allows daylight and views while the solid surfaces help manage heat gain.

A refined envelope where performance, functionality and architectural identity come together.

Oyster Club explores two distinct interior identities, each shaped by its own design language.

The restaurant, envisioned through its initial sketch, takes a biophilic approach — bringing together natural materials, organic textures and earthy hues to create a warm, nature-inspired hospitality experience. The sketch captures the intent of a space designed to feel immersive, inviting and closely connected to the outdoors.

The guest rooms embrace Scandinavian simplicity, where functionality meets understated comfort. Clean lines, large mirrors, glass furniture, layered fabrics and carefully placed accents of colour create interiors that feel serene, balanced and thoughtfully curated.

From the first strokes of a sketch to the considered details of the guest room interiors, Oyster Club is an exploration of material, mood and experience.

Located within a sloping landscape in Goa, this residential bungalow is carefully designed to follow the site’s natural contours, unfolding across two levels rather than imposing upon the terrain. At its heart, a tranquil courtyard brings natural light, ventilation, and greenery deep into the home, while expansive verandahs blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
Rooted in Vastu principles, the entrance and swimming pool are thoughtfully positioned in the north-east, seamlessly integrating tradition with contemporary living. A restrained palette of laterite stone, Kota flooring, and warm timber anchors the home to its context, creating spaces that are timeless, tactile, and deeply connected to nature.
A home where architecture, landscape, and materiality exist in quiet harmony.

A façade shaped by function, daylight and identity.

The STULZ Factory uses a combination of solid surfaces, glazing and strong vertical elements to create a contemporary yet restrained expression.

The vertical articulation gives the solid façade a taller, more dynamic presence, while the balance of solid and glazed areas responds to the functions within.

On the north façade, larger areas of glazing bring in diffused daylight and views. STULZ red is introduced selectively as a highlight, bringing the brand into the architecture without overpowering the material palette of steel grey and concrete.
