Once the earth filling inside the plinth is completed and compacted, but before you lay the sand bed, rubble soling, or PCC (Floor Concrete).
The Process: The entire surface area inside the walls must be sprayed uniformly.
The Trick: If the soil is too hard/compacted for the liquid to soak in, workers must "rod" the area—poking holes (12mm diameter) about 50–75mm deep at 150mm intervals to ensure the chemical reaches the sub-soil.
