The west sun doesn’t ask permission. So we designed for it.

At NEXUS, the harsh western light became the starting point — a brick jaali screen to filter it, and a deep balcony to hold it back. Shade, privacy and airflow, all from one gesture.

Still wet paint, still open ladders — but the shape is already talking.
Pallimukku Residence takes an ordinary two-storey home and softens it: curved white planes wrapping the façade, warm wood cutting through, arched niches carrying the same language inside.

NEXUS

One double-height void through the middle. Everything opens to it.

Light drops from above, the walkway railing stays thin so nothing blocks the volume, and the TV wall curves into the floor as one form — no edges, no hardware.

Dining opens to the courtyard. Terracotta jaali on the wall and ceiling, so the light lands as a grid all afternoon.

Open space. Light does the rest.
