Finally- I have also bought few fruit plants 🪴

Influenced from all of you - first time bought some fruit plants for my small rooftop garden 🪴.

3. Kalapati Chiku(safeda)

DIY soil-less potting mix 👉 for indoor semi-shade plants 🪴

Ingredients:
👉 Cocopeat
👉 Vermi compost (30% of cocopeat)
👉 Leaf mold (same as vermi compost)
👉 Small-sized cinder (20% of cocopeat; if not cinder, can use building material sand)
👉 Perlite (same portion as cinder)

Fertilizer I mix
👉 Neem cake powder (approx 1 teaspoon per pot)
👉 Mycorrhiza (approx 1 spoon per 3 pots)
👉 Trichoderma (1 spoon per pot) (not shown in the video)

Mix all well, and use directly on all your indoor semi-shade plants, as potting mix.
This soil is very light and will hold moisture; aeration will be there. It will help in root growth.

If you want, once you can try making this potting mix and use.

🚨 Your ₹1,500 Mycorrhiza can’t replace a ₹100 Phosphorus fertilizer. Here’s why...

Most gardeners think Phosphorus, Humic Acid, and Mycorrhiza do the same job.

They don’t.

Think of it like building a house:

🧱 Phosphorus = Bricks & Cement (the building material)

👷 Humic Acid = The Skilled Contractor (helps the plant use nutrients efficiently)

🚚 Mycorrhiza = The Delivery Network (extends roots to absorb more water and nutrients)

Here’s the truth...

Without bricks, neither the contractor nor the trucks can build a house.

The same applies to your plants.

Without enough phosphorus, humic acid and mycorrhiza cannot replace it—they only help the plant access and use the nutrients already present.
