We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to manage our building materials business operations efficiently.

Educational Qualification
🎓 Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience
📌 2–5 years experience required
Must have worked in Manager / Supervisor / Store In-charge role
Experience in any industry (preferred: retail, hardware, cement, steel, paint, construction materials, FMCG, trading business)
Age Limit
👤 30 – 50 Years
Job Responsibilities
Store Management
Complete supervision of store operations
Handling daily sales, billing, and dispatch
Maintaining discipline and workflow in the store
Inventory Control
Stock monitoring of cement, sand, bricks, steel, paints, and hardware
Maintaining accurate stock records
Preventing stock loss and ensuring availability
Team Handling
Supervise staff, labour, drivers, and helpers
Assign daily work and monitor performance
Maintain attendance and discipline
Customer & Sales Handling
Deal with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers
Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery challans
Ensure smooth customer satisfaction
Vendor & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters
Manage purchase and delivery schedules
Skills Required
✔ Leadership & team management
✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing, WhatsApp)
✔ Strong communication skills (Bengali/Hindi)
✔ Responsibility & problem-solving ability
✔ Experience in handling store operations independently
