A workplace should do more than accommodate work—it should inspire it.

The Collective is a contemporary coworking workspace designed by Altavaza Studio within Pearl Omaxe Towers, New Delhi. Planned to support the rhythm of modern businesses, the project brings together flexible workstations, private offices, collaborative lounges, conference rooms and quiet zones within a refined, cohesive environment.

A warm material palette, layered lighting, ergonomic planning and timeless detailing create a workplace that feels calm, sophisticated and adaptable—balancing collaboration with focused productivity.

Every project begins with understanding how people experience space, and designing environments that remain relevant for years to come.

Most retreat homes focus on aesthetics. The best ones are designed around how a place feels throughout the day.

At Harit Vaas, every design decision was guided by three principles:
