Every child deserves a chance to play, learn and lead.
We’re excited to begin a new partnership between Gainwell Commosales Pvt. Ltd. and Enabling Leadership Global, bringing the EL Play program to around 82 children across three government schools in Dharwad, Karnataka.
Here, football is more than a game. It becomes a space where children learn to work together, communicate, take responsibility, build confidence and lead.
Through a mixed-gender approach, girls and boys play side by side, challenge stereotypes and discover the strength of collaboration and respect.
And sometimes, the most meaningful change begins simply—with a child stepping onto the field, finding their voice, and believing they can make a difference.
We’re proud to begin this journey with Enabling Leadership, investing in children, their potential and the leaders they can become.
