The two founders of JJ Construction has a history of over two decade of experience in all field of civil engineering construction. They both decided to join hands to form a company. The company has a strong foothold in construction with its two well experienced founder’s in the core. In the early 2012 Joy and Jocy the two founder’s registered their as a company name JJ Construction. Today, JJ Constructions takes on the role of main contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist trades for industrial/commercial projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value add services to our clients. Our objective is to provide our clients with an “I am assured” experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. Our emphasis on clear communication and follow through procedures ensures that client’s objectives are top priority in the planning and execution of all our processes. Project management:-
• Create detail schedule and resources plan to meet client’s project objective,
• Communicate clearly with all project stakeholders,
• Track project progress and fine tune deviations,
• Complete and commission the project on time,
Planning:-
• We are using ERP software for prepare of Billing, Accounting and inventory,
• Take estimate by using estimax software,
• Make BBS by optimax software,
Execution:-
• Supervise closely for quality of work done,
• Above 30 years experienced work man as selected for Forman,
• Machineries are using for reinforcement and concrete work,
