After the initial years, the firm has been shifted to Kochi as part of the expansion process. Later the firm itself was diversified into (i) Baker Associates And Consultants(BAC) which is the specialized wing for architectural and interior design works and (ii) Structural and foundation India (SAFE), which is the specialized wing for structural designs. Later a part of M/s Infrasol, an ISO 9001/2008 certified and Govt. Of Kerala approved project management company also merged its activities with BAC in the year 2013. The above firms work in Complete coordination with each other ensuring creation of strong and economical constructions with an elegance of its own.
