​Pouring the Mix: Fresh concrete is poured from the mixer straight into a metal funnel.

​Reaching Deep: A long pipe guides the concrete to the bottom of the pillar without letting it separate or lose strength.

​Filling to the Top: Concrete slowly rises, completely covering the heavy steel cage all the way to ground level for an unbreakable support pillar.

Yesterday marked a significant step forward as our valued client, Vyshag Sir, officially performed the concrete pouring inauguration for his complete turnkey residential project's pile foundation at Udayamperoor.

​Great structures start with unshakeable foundations. Yesterday, we successfully started our precision Under-Reamed RCC piling works. To ensure maximum structural strength tailored to the site conditions, we are casting 16 heavy duty hand augered piles up to 6 meter depth:

​8 Piles at 400 mm Diameter

8 Piles at 500 mm Diameter

​Accurate column placement inside the pile cap frame perfectly fixes the center line before the concrete pour, while placing cover blocks under the pile cap steel separates the reinforcement from the PCC layer to guarantee the structure gets proper cover.

PCC Base Layer for Pile Cap Alignment.

​Our team is fully focused at our Vennala project site today, laying down a flat concrete base called PCC. This important layer acts like a protective shield, keeping wet mud away from our steel bars so they never rust. It provides a clean, solid surface specifically to place the steel framework for the pile cap. Our dedicated crew is hard at work moving and tightly compacting the mix around the structure.
