Go ahead, dream about it. Realizing this dream takes more than just sharing this idea with others, putting it down on paper. Building this dream takes more than just getting the best bricks and cement and iron and wood and glass and fittings and all the other countless materials required. Making this dream needs more than just the skills of talented architects and engineers and draftsmen and electricians and plumbers and carpenters and all the other workmen involved. Ensuring this dream is part of the community you want to live in requires more than just approvals and sanctions and documents and surveys and visits to officers and legal help. What more do I need, you ask? And why? Just as a brick can’t support a piece of glass by itself, each of these other elements and people and processes, by themselves, won’t know the need and limitation of the other. You need coordination, planning. You need to put all this together; put them together so that every element, person, process fits well, works efficiently, and comes together just right, at the right time. This is where Paul & Shini comes in, having worked with so many people to grasp, to capture, what’s in their mind when they closed their eyes …
… and then nurture that dream to reality, exactly right and on time.
