JKEEGA delegation led by Er.Sachin Tickoo General Secretary called upon Hon'ble Chief Minister J&K Jenab sb here at Jammu after prior scheduled meeting on HR issues of PDD.

At the outset, the JKEEGA team expressed sincere Gratitude to Hon’ble CM , about the approval to the Relaxation granted in Engineering Gazetted Service Recruitment Rules which demanded reformative Ammendment over a passage of time since 1978.

Further JKEEGA drew the attention of HCM , that Ever since, your historic address at SKICC and the IEI Srinagar Centre, the Engineering Fraternity across J&K is motivated that Hon’ble Chief Minster has acknowledged the hardwork and contribution of Engineers across J&K.The strong advocacy for * ( )* of Engineers having been acknowledged by Hon’ble Chief Minister is a very encouraging sign .Hopefully in the ensuing budget session the long standing legitimate extension of ACP to Engineers shall fulfill our aspirations.
JKEEGA also sought kind consideration to the key issues in Power Dev. Department vis a vis .Regularization of Engineers from AE to CE levels., Vacant Positions from JE to CE levels.-Staffing challenge, Re-organization and Creation of posts as per Unbundling report, Assured Career progression for engineering Fraternity to be incorporated in ensuing Budget documents and preparation of budget.
Delegation thanked him for regularisation of PDL TDL of Jammu Province and sought similar action in Kashmir Province.

Hon'ble CM assured that the aforesaid issues shall witness positive outcome.
