OD-05 Package | Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor

The OD-05 package of the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor is taking shape as one of the most scenic expressway stretches in India. Passing through the challenging terrain of the Eastern Ghats, the project features deep hill cuttings, dense forests, a 1.5-km-long mega viaduct and wildlife underpasses.

With piers rising up to 56 metres, the project reflects the scale and engineering challenges involved in building a modern six-lane expressway through a mountainous and forested landscape.

Once completed, this 44-km six-lane stretch will strengthen connectivity through the Koraput region and form an important link along the Raipur–Visakhapatnam Economic Corridor.

The Jamshedpur Elevated Corridor is steadily taking shape as a transformative infrastructure project for Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.

This project is a 4 lane elevated corridor of Kalimandir-Dimna Chowk-Baliguma (Jamshedpur) Section of NH-33 (New NH-18) (from km 241+940 to km 251+961) under NH(O) in the State of Jharkhand.

Spanning 10.021 km, once completed will ease congestion, improve travel efficiency, reduce travel time and enhance road safety, while strengthening connectivity along the Ranchi–Jamshedpur–Kharagpur–Kolkata corridor.

With approximately 50% physical progress achieved, the project is progressing with a strong focus on quality, safety and efficient ex*****on, despite the challenges of working in a congested urban corridor.

From precast pier cap technology and specialised collar fixing to carefully planned traffic management, various measures are being adopted to ensure safe and efficient construction while minimising disruption to live traffic.

We believe that learning creates real impact when it translates into better decisions, stronger collaboration and meaningful Business outcomes.

We are pleased to have commenced the H.G. C.O.R.E. Workshop, an Employee Engagement initiative designed to connect Business Understanding and the Infrastructure Landscape with the way we work and deliver every day.

The session focused on:
