Turnkey ex*****on is the difference between a restaurant that photographs well and one that actually holds up under a full service, and Aravali Pavilion at ITC Grand Bharat, Gurugram, is the clearest example we have of that difference.
The space is a reflection of thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and precise ex*****on working together rather than in sequence. We delivered the complete turnkey ex*****on here, bringing marble inlay flooring, hand blocked wallpaper, custom restaurant furniture, and designer lighting together into one cohesive hospitality environment, from the main dining hall to the curved corner nook to the buffet counter that had to read as architecture rather than equipment.
Turnkey ex*****on is never one big decision. It is a hundred small ones made on site, each one protecting the original design intent while coordinating flooring, furniture, lighting, and finishing teams so nothing pulls the room in a different direction. A cane chair repeating perfectly across dozens of covers, a wallpaper pattern lining up at every seam, a buffet counter finished in the same language as the dining tables around it, none of that happens by accident.
If you have ever walked through a hotel or a restaurant and felt like everything just worked, the light, the seating, the flow, all of it in quiet agreement with itself, there was almost certainly a team behind the scenes making sure of it. That is the work we are proud of here.
For hospitality developers and design teams building restaurants, lobbies, or guest spaces at this scale, this is what full scope ex*****on looks like when the vision survives every single decision made after the renderings are approved.
