MASTER BEDROOM

Wardrobe with sliding doors , which saves a lot of space. According to Vastu, that is the only corner of the room where the wardrobe has to be placed. So the place below the window was also utilised and the right side corner was utilised for dressing unit with storage where the dead space was perfectly utilised.
Materials used :
Virgo Croma Wooden and white laminates.
PVC designer pattern sheets and gypsum boards are used for ceiling.

The Royal Guest Bedroom.

Shutter Type wardrobe for storage with Laminate Finish. The Mirror Strips on the Wardrobe is Acrylic Good Mirror Sheet and the frames with thin Gold strips are Brass Inlays.

Beige for the choice for daughter as she likes beige and white combination. Olive pastel green became a highlighter. The window and main door of the room are matched along with the theme. Study unit has max No of open shelves because she is more into reading and wants to showcase her collections.

Beside the wardrobe , open ledges were left to display the achievements received 😇.

Crockery Unit in the dining area .

Designed in the existing place because the client was more concerned about the space. Made it more simpler and functional rather than making it too fancy. Profile light was used inside the structure and transparent glass on shutters to give an amazing look of crockery items displayed/stored.
Wash Bowl is provided so that it is near beside dining and easy to access. Backsplash is decorated with stone cladding so that it absorbs water when spilled so that the woodwork doesn’t get damaged.

TV Unit in the Living area. Designed for Large size Tv which also acts as a Home theatre. Marble theme was followed for backpanelling. The left side is customised on site for storage of things/open space for small display unit.

Right side - Charcoal Louvers.

Mr. Ramkumar’s Villa
This project was done for Mr. Ramkumar ’s residence at Oorjita RaliGrand Hyderabad.
TV Unit in the First Floor Private Living area. Designed for Large size Tv which also acts as a Home theatre. Marble theme was followed for both the TV units. The left side abstract design which looks like a designer panel is customised on site and our carpenter executed it very well.

Mr. Ramkumar’s Villa
This project was done for Mr. Ramkumar ’s residence at Oorjita RaliGrand Hyderabad.
Pooja room with panelling and ledges in the sides for placing photos. Now a days, people want the pooja unit to be simple and grand. Also the client wanted to follow the same volume / similar volume in terms of design throughout the house. Satario laminate from Century Laminates has been used to give a look of Marble finish. The wooden share is from Virgo croma.

Project Details :
Transformation of a dead space amazing clinic.
Treatment rooms are different in ayurvedic hospitals when we compare with other treatment rooms in Allopathic centres. Cool colours make a person much more relaxed and comfortable. So the doctors here were very very specific about Cool colours in the treatment rooms. Some Kerala touch can also be seen.

Transformation of a dead space to this amazing clinic.
We were very happy to get associated with Travancore Ayurvedic Centre for this project. Reception plays the most important role in any kind of clinics. The colour theme used here was mix of warm and cool colours indicating the emotions of a person. Life is all about balancing the emotions just like these warm and cool colours. The walls here are made of Aerocon Panels.So we wanted to play more with painting and lighting .

We were very happy to get associated with Travancore Ayurvedic Centre for this project. Entrance was planned in such a way that patients who come for treatment should feel pleasant which is only possible through nature and greenery.

Clients that turned out to be a family 😇❤️.
This project was done for Mr. Vamshik’s residence at Oorjita RaliGrand Hyderabad.
Tv Unit at the ground floor living area.
Since the entire house was in white and brown theme, we wanted to break the monotony and we have chosen this unit to be in a rustic finish. The partition was made with pine wood and we didn’t want to create a typical partition with opaque theme.
