Enterprise AI startup SuperManager AGI, formerly known as Oqlous AGI, is in an active acquisition process with a Fortune 100 global firm, according to sources aware of the development.

Sources told Entrackr that the proposed transaction is valued at around Rs 50 crore and is currently under process, with both sides working towards closing the deal. The identity of the prospective acquirer could not be ascertained, and it is not immediately clear whether the parties have signed a definitive agreement.

Founded in early 2025 by Nirmal Nambiar and Aditya Sharma, SuperManager AGI develops an enterprise agentic AI platform that enables businesses to deploy autonomous AI agents across Project Management & Ex*****on . If completed, the deal would transfer ownership of the startup's technology stack to the acquiring Fortune 100 firm, while the founding team is expected to join the acquirer to help scale the platform globally.
