Minimize losses to maximize the power generation
1. Resources availability- shading analysis to establish usable area for the site (system size capacity-60 KWp)
2. Electrical/Transmission- loss of production is directly proportional to the length of DC cables, most solar developer fail to account the losses if the strings input doesn't match with the optimum inverter working range ( strings designed for 40 KVA and 20 KVA inverters by balancing the string inputs and MPPT to keep performance ratio over 75%)
Optimum selection of inverter and Panels
1. Inverter with 98% efficiency- Delta, Waaree
2. Panels with positive tolerance- Vikram, Adani & Waaree
Last but not the least-Economics of the project (Planning and designing should be aligned to the commercials else the competition will be strike you out of the game)
