This magnificent temple of Triyuginarayan is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is known for the wedding of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. According to the popular belief, the fire in the Havan Kund has been burning since Satyuga period and that’s why the name Triyuginarayan.
The temple has similar architectural style as of the Kedarnath Temple, however the excessive construction around the temple is posing threat to the temples beauty and its getting difficult for pilgrims to experience its glory.
We at EDC have taken up the work of beautification and redevelopment of temple prangan to improve its accessibility and enhance the visitor experience.
