Gold Leaves

Inspired by the geometry of leaves, the facade unfolds as a vertical landscape where planters are no longer simple containers for vegetation, but living architectural elements. The leaf is transformed into an architectural module, shaping spaces where vegetation, structure, and light coexist.
For centuries, architecture used gold mosaics to capture and reflect light. Today, nature becomes the new ornament. Gold is no longer a material applied to architecture, but an atmosphere created by light passing through living leaves.
Architecture becomes performance, where nature, light, and the city continuously interact.

Why do some tennis courts feel unforgettable?

It’s the architecture.

Most courts are built for function.

The best ones are built for people.

The light changes your focus. The ceiling changes the sound. The materials sharpen your attention.

Good architecture doesn’t just support athletic performance.

It shapes your mood. Your well-being. Your emotional connection to the game.

Suddenly you’re not just playing tennis.
You’re experiencing it.

Maybe that’s why the best courts stay with you long after the last point.

The world’s first audio museum designed by Kengo Kuma

Audeum, a private museum in Seocho-gu, Seoul, is dedicated to sound and audio, tracing over 150 years of audio history since the invention of the phonograph in 1877.
Designed by Kengo Kuma with spatial design by Kenya Hara, its façade of nearly 20,000 aluminum pipes creates a forest-like play of light.
The exhibition spaces are meticulously designed for listening, with acoustics at the core of every detail.
From 19th-century phonographs to vintage hi-fi systems and around 100,000 rare LPs, visitors can experience working collections firsthand.
It is one of Seoul’s most refined cultural spaces where architecture, sound, and design come together.

Video Feature • Suspended above a waterfall, Fallingwater invites a deeper connection to nature through every material and moment. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, it challenges the line between building and landscape.

Earth, air, fire and water converge, not as metaphors, but as architecture. Few homes speak so fluently in the language of place. It remains one of the most revered examples of residential design.

Head to the link in bio to watch the full video of Fallingwater on The Local Project.

It’s not just a development.
It’s a work of art designed to be lived in.

Just a five minute walk from the beach, this project is set within 1.5 hectares of jungle, where architecture doesn’t intrude… it coexists.

Four towers house only 84 residences, surrounded by water mirrors, cascades and a swimming pool that reflect the deep green and the quiet essence of Tulum.

Each space was conceived as a sensory experience: interiors designed by Roth Design , art curation by SFER IK, and a creative vision by R O T H , creator of the iconic and world renowned AZULIK™ .

With a restaurant, Jungle Gym and Yoga Shala, this is a lifestyle where luxury is expressed through space, calm and connection.

From USD 672,750.
