Our massing study envisions lower levels with banquet halls, event spaces, and meeting rooms planned around courtyards with water bodies.

Building on our solar analysis, House 25’s façade was developed through a layered design approach, with elements tailored to each orientation.

1.5 m-wide balconies buffer direct heat, while frames divide the façade as per shading needs. Louvres angled at 120° to the north block summer sun yet welcome winter light, and planters add shade while creating a cool microclimate.

Together, these strategies lead to the final façade design, balancing daylight, comfort, and long-term performance. Stay tuned for the reveal!

Solar analysis plays a critical role in shaping how a façade performs.

For our recent residential project, House 25 in New Delhi, solar studies guided the façade strategy through orientation-led shading and controlled openings, reducing heat gain while allowing for measured natural light. Located at a busy junction, the façade also acts as a protective noise buffer, enhancing indoor comfort without compromising openness.
