As we all stepped into new year, VCL kicked-off its voyage with successful Go-live of ‘Rise with SAP’ on January 17th, 2023. It was hard to fathom that the implementation will go smoothly and as planned. This is an incredible achievement for us.

Over the course of the last 6 months there were times when many of our team members felt over-occupied and overwhelmed. However, all of the project team members stayed the course and worked hard. We would like to thank consultants who were with us throughout the course of the project. Our project teams too provided valuable support for preparation of master data, inventory and account balances. The teamwork between project sites and head-office was outstanding and played an important role in the success of this project.

Efficient planning, procure-to-pay, Inventory management, budget controls & machinery utilisation are critical areas for any construction company. The SAP system is very suitable for use in almost all these business dimensions. Going forward, We will explore more IT solutions to achieve better operational efficiency through data driven insights.

It gives us immense pleasure to convey that a great milestone has been achieved today on 23.02.2021 when Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of India accompanied by Mr. Louis Steven Obeegadoo, Deputy Prime Minister of Mauritius came to review / examine the work “Construction of Social housing project at Mare Tabac and Dagotiere, Mauritius” comprising of 956 Housing Units, executed by us.

The quality of work was much appreciated by the dignitaries. In addition, they appreciated entire staff of the VCL for their efforts, zeal, professionalism and dedication towards achieving the completion of the time bound project. Along with maintaining the quality standards, the project has been unique in terms of having extremely high level of work planning, quality control and ex*****on.

Dr. S. Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister of India, expressed the same on social media, through his tweet.
