On 12 September 2026, profine India conducted an impactful leadership training session, “Together We Win – Building Respect, Trust & One-Team Leadership,” led by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗶.

The session brought all plant team members together to explore how stronger cross-functional collaboration, mutual respect and shared accountability can create a more resilient, high-performing organization.
