Plixo Modern life would be impossible without plastic, but we have long lost control over our invention and the convenience has now turned into a crisis.

We aim to provide sustainable affordable housing
and structural solutions through our sustainable model that optimizes energy efficiency, uses less water, conserves natural resources and generates less waste. This over-abundant plastic brings to us, the idea to use it, compound it with sand and other constituent materials to produce bricks called Plixobars that can be used to make sustainable hom

es and structures. India's economy has been growing at a rapid pace, which has led to rampant urbanization where construction plays an important role. This has led to numerous challenges - the unavailability of affordable housing in the market, high lead time of construction, highly polluting and unsustainable nature of regular building materials and so on. Plixo homes and structures will save time on construction, needs minimal dependence on labor, does not need water or cement, assures zero wastage at the construction site, ensures consistent quality, stronger Lego bonds between bricks enhancing thermal protection and fire-resistance as well apart from other additional features.

Single-use plastic items such as straws—as well as stirrers, bags, and cups—are convenient, but convenience can come at an environmental cost if they aren’t disposed of properly or recycled.

Recycling and proper waste disposal help reduce the plastic trash that ends up in our landfills and seas, but there is another action you can take. By refusing a straw, you can help prevent plastic pollution. You can also ask your local restaurants to provide straws only upon request, or to change to paper or other non-plastic options.

Imagine the impact if we all gave up the habit of single-use plastics. So say no to the straw, and help change the future for our oceans.

Plastic isn’t as simple as you may think. Each one of them is different from the others. Some of them are reusable, the others produce hazardous material after several uses. Some are easily recyclable, others need more sophisticated and intricate handlings in its recycling process.

Take your nearest plastic product, maybe the lunch box you brought from home, your water bottle, your instant noodle cup. Study closely, and you might find a number at its back or bottom. You probably already know what it is. The number indicates the type of plastic used to make the product you are holding right now. But do you know exactly what number you should avoid and what number holds the biggest chance of damaging the environment?
