Project:- Academic Block at Kargil .

Location: Kargil University (high-altitude, extreme climate).
Goal: Sustainable, thermally efficient academic block.
Focus on adapting to cold winters & strong sunlight.
Passive Design Strategies
Solar optimization (south-facing glazing for winter heat).
- Thermal mass (stone/rammed earth walls for temperature regulation).
Natural ventilation (strategic openings for summer cooling).
- Local materials (low carbon footprint, cultural relevance).

Design Development for A Farm House at Sohna.
- All private spaces are designed around a central courtyard to ensure ample day light and air movement within.
- Sustainable and Natural material pallete used (Terracotta jaali facade , exposed Quartzite stone wall and Stuco plaster ).
- Terracotta jaali/Screen facade connects masses and voids to form one integral building form and it also provide privacy to internal spaces .

We are thrilled to share that we are shortlisted among a pool of consultants from all over country for "Lake Front Design Competition " invited by CMDA .
The area under design intervention of our design entry is among most important water bodies considering ecology , socio-economic conditions of a busy neighborhood of Chennai .

- We holistically addressed the sensitive issues like reclaiming urban space for all gender , socio -economic groups with an approach to conserve water bodies for betterment of living conditions of Urban population in and around the neighborhood and at city level.

When form follows Climate !
Sharing a brief of Automated heated Libraries we designed for Administration of Leh & Kargil (UT of Ladakh).
Highlight of the Design are :-
- Building is designed for 24x7 occupancy in extreme weather conditions ( -20 Deg.).
- Proposed to have fully automated HVAC , Lighting , entry/exit systems to save on energy consumption.
- Designed for Zero net energy , Solar energy being use to meet
out all energy Demands of the Building.
- Use of local materials - Earth blocks , Local wood , Rubble
masonry with local stone (up to plinth level) to minimize on
embodied energies.
- Passive design strategies used to optimize on Heating demand of
the building.
- Floor Radiant Heating proposed to increase on efficiency of the
central heating system.
- Building Proposed to have 5 star GRIHA rating.

Project :- Proposed Residence at Karnal.

Typical Four storey Residence designed in sync with classical style (or interpretation of classical Architecture ) ,
Client's brief was to have feel of Owner's house even with typical mass of Four storey (Builder's Floor) Building in classical style.

-During design process , We thought Subtle use of classical elements is what can bring us near to client's brief and We achieved that with ease .

We qualified as First runner-up in Technical bid and then Design competition for office Building of Software Park of India(STPI) ,Imphal .
- Building Designed keeping in mind Hot-Humid climate of Imphal.
- Local Art and Culture integrated with modern interpretation, in Building facade and Planning.
- Maximum open space created on ground floor by proposing double ht stilt with a courtyard space.
- High performance Double skin Facade in desired direction being a prime feature of the Building.
- Building proposed and Designed as 5-star Griha Rating.

- A Vaastu compliance Design , Colors, shapes , textures , space allocation everything planned as per expert compliances.
- Maximum volume used in (no enclosed false ceiling ) open seating area to ensure proper day light and air circulation within the space.
- Use of basic colors and geometrical shapes to have overall sober design intent.

Project :- Design proposal for Architectural design competition for hub (in vicinity of Knowledge Park-II Metro Station ,Gr Noida ).
Brief was to address oriented Development concept and develop a new hub with world class architectural imageability and facilities.
Some of the key consideration our design Team:-
- Only Pedestrian and cycling movement within proposed development . - All at one place Facilities - Commercial , Retail , Entertainment , Health facilities , Banking etc. - Integration of park and Sky way for better connectivity experience.

Our Studio converted into working studio from existing factory Shed.
- Designed with intent of having open interactive space , with juxtaposition and play of basic shades with Yellow color as highlight.
- North truss structural memeber used as a prime feature and highlighted too , north side day light welcomed through out the space.
