Raising the roof—smart engineering enables vertical expansion without dismantling existing structures.

Truss lifting for increasing heights is a specialized engineering technique used to raise an existing roof or truss system without dismantling the structure. This method is commonly adopted in industrial buildings, warehouses, and factories where additional headroom is required for new equipment, ventilation systems, or operational upgrades.
The process involves installing synchronized hydraulic jacks at multiple lifting points to ensure uniform elevation. The structure is lifted gradually in controlled stages, with continuous monitoring of alignment, load distribution, and structural behavior. Temporary supports and bracing systems are used to maintain stability throughout the operation.
Once the desired height is achieved, columns are extended or new structural members are introduced, and the truss is permanently secured. This approach minimizes downtime, reduces costs, and allows facilities to continue operations while upgrading their infrastructure.
