Should be responsible for handling all the incoming queries in the form of calls or online/website/social media enquiries etc.,

v Mail enquires and support have to be handled as well. So email writing knowledge and etiquette is mandatory.

v Should report to manager daily with the achieved work and pending work.

v All callers information has to be entered into the CRM system

v Schedule any necessary appointment for site visit.

v Monitor and review site visit schedules for next day office appointments.

v Identify and resolve customer complaints and make sure it is taken to the responsible team and sorted

v Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis.

v Maximum number of appointments should be given to the sales executives.

v Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources

v Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.

v Being updated on new products and services.

v Contact clients from given data to inform them about our service.

v Answer questions about service or the company.

v Ask questions to understand client’s requirements.

v Direct prospects to the field admin & marketing team when needed.
