*Requirements:*
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in construction
- Familiarity with site management and supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Tamil (read, write, speak)
- Basic English knowledge (read, write, speak)
- Knowledge of Hindi (advantageous)
*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee construction sites in Kovur and surrounding areas
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Manage labor and materials
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Maintain site records and reports
*Preferred Candidate Profile:*
- Local residents of Chennai, or surrounding areas
- Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
