Elara - The Architecture of Visual Quiet.

A home designed through subtraction, where concealed details, tactile materials and changing light create a sense of calm.

Here, architecture quietly recedes, allowing everyday life to take centre stage.

This is where it ended up.

Swipe to see where it started.

A bare white shell. No identity, no presence, no sense of what it could become.

We built the Renaatus Experience Centre to do one thing — make you feel, before you've even walked in, that something considered is waiting inside.

Timber canopy, open glass, travertine, and a garden that becomes part of the room. Every decision was about arrival.

Some architects are drawn to creating what's new.

Others are drawn to understanding what already exists.

At Auburn, we believe thoughtful architecture begins with curiosity, context and care. We're looking for a Senior Architect who can lead residential architecture and interior design projects from concept to completion while mentoring teams, collaborating across disciplines and bringing ideas to life on site.

If you're someone who values design thinking as much as ex*****on, we'd love to hear from you.

Artificial Labs already knew what it wanted to be.
Our job was to make the space say it.

A 1980s building on Residency Road doesn't give you a blank canvas. It gives you a conversation - with the structure, the light, the history of every decision made before you arrived.

We opened the floor plate. Let the city back in. And then designed around what the building already had to offer.

The result is a workspace that operates between memory and machine. Where the columns say Legacy, Value, Craft. Where the conference room has a point of view. Where even the divider doesn't divide.

Artificial Labs needed a workspace that could hold both - the rigour of creative work and the playfulness of a studio that makes things most people haven't seen before.

We started by tearing out everything that was getting in the way.

What was left was a 1980s building with extraordinary natural light, city views, and bones worth keeping.
The rest followed.

Project Anura began with - My parents built this home.

That was the brief, really. Before anything else was said.

We weren't being asked to design a home. We were being asked to continue one.

Project Anura - a 7,500 sq ft renovation in Trichy. The original wooden jali, restored. The bones, kept. Everything else, reimagined.

There are homes you design. And then there are homes you discover.

Project Anura gave us both.

Every corner of this home had already lived a life before we touched it. Our job was to find what it wanted to become - and then get out of the way.

Forty years of memory. One more chapter.

Project Anura - a 7,500 sq ft home in Trichy that a family had lived in, loved in, and grown up in, before they asked us to reimagine it.

Renovation is not a blank canvas. You inherit everything - the decisions, the memories, the things they weren't ready to let go of. Your job is to understand all of that before you touch a single thing.

What to keep. What to change. What to let go of quietly.

The result is a home that remembers what it was, and knows exactly what it has become.
