AARA is a contemporary tropical residence designed with a clear spatial transition from the entrance foyer to the main living and dining areas on the ground floor. The living, dining, and outdoor seating spaces are seamlessly connected to create a cohesive social zone that encourages interaction and openness.

The first floor is designed as a more private level while retaining shared communal spaces. An upper living area, swing space, and terrace extend the social experience while providing a quieter setting for relaxation.

The central brown-toned façade element serves as the primary visual focal point, introducing warmth and contrast against the neutral-toned walls. Projecting flat roof slabs create strong horizontal lines while providing shade and protection to the openings and outdoor spaces.

Surrounded by tropical vegetation, flowering plants, and layered greenery, AARA establishes a strong connection with its natural surroundings. The overall design combines contemporary architectural elements with a tropical character, creating a warm, comfortable, and context-responsive home.

Home is always an emotional piece of architecture which reflects the character of the people who own it and the place where it is built.
Our residence BETON BOITE which is situated along the valley of Nelliiparambu, in Oorakam village of Malapuram is one such piece of architecture that hosts a uniqueness in itself. It is a G+1 , 4 BHK villa for a family of three.The house is built across an area of 2400sq.ft which incorporates a living space , dining hall, prayer room, courtyard and bedrooms.

The Courtyard is a major design feature in the house which acts as a light well for the spaces inside the house and brings in cool air from the stream flowing alongside. It also helps to create an indoor outdoor relationship which helps in bringing a glimpse of nature inside the house.

The villa also has balconies for bedrooms which act as spaces that extend towards nature and makes us indulge with the beautiful views of valley and the stream that flows alongside.

The form of the house is also designed so as to maintain the balance between the surrounding landscape and the structure. The use of materials such as exposed brick and cement plastering creates a pure material pallets which blends with the aesthetics of the place.

Harmony between spaces ~The layers we create in Architecture.

The residence brings a dynamic relationship between the holistic beliefs and modern elements. Its nestled in Mandad,South Muttil ,Wayanad, Known as the natural palette and earthy tones of lush and green.

The client aspired to have highlighted historic features in a contemporary architecture. Its a 5bhk residence with G+1 structure carved out in layers of dimensional layouts for a four membered family .The house is built across an area of 4050 Sq.ft. The process brings ancestral integration into contemporary.

As the client longed to reconnect with the individuals in a space filled with delicate elements. The layers like folded verandah, corridors, cultural family gathering space, invisibly visible courtyard space were highlighted throughout the phase with a touch of modern materials and techniques thus creating a harmony with itself.

~As the space creates human foot-prints, the dwell blends into natural landscape.
