Nayak niwas-A completed project in Bhubaneswar Courtyard house with perfect integration of outdoors with indoors.The facade treatment is all about striking balance of textures- natural stone cut and cladded randomly along with smart play in plaster and paints giving a modern luxurious feel. The highlight of front facade has now become the gauva tree that was there before it all started and has seen it all from the beginning.. we integrated the tree in facade in such a way that now it grows with the house and with people living here…
We also created green spaces at all levels which is complimenting the modern aesthetics…

Sustainable meets modern stunning 6,000 sq. ft. private residence in Bhubaneshwar!
The Family Lounge: A double height area, heart of the house and a double height glass facade overlooking to a lush green lawn is like cherry on top.

Drawing room : We planned drawing room with windows on three sides covered with a facade on outside and planter area in between giving green background to the drawing room , Grey textured walls with corner hanging lights give a minimal and warm look.

Study area: A small study nook attached with balcony, a perfect reading space with some warm sun filtering in through outer facade.

Kitchen & Dining : Kitchen and dining are planned as a wholesome space for a good family time.

The Family Lounge: A double height area, heart of the house and a double height glass facade overlooking to a lush green lawn is like cherry on top.

Son’s bedroom:Grey textured walls with sleek hanging lights, a hint of wood here and there… It has a bay window seating +Tv unit +planter all integrated together.
