The secret to a stunning interior? It starts long before the lights turn on. ⚡✨

What you see in a finished space is only half the story. The real design magic happens behind the scenes—in the precision of ceiling layouts, the placement of every light, coordinated electrical wiring, cove lighting, and air-conditioning provisions.

For this corporate office, every technical detail is carefully planned to complement the interiors, bringing together statement ceilings, warm lighting, and functional design in one cohesive vision.

Because a beautiful space isn’t just about what catches your eye. It’s about everything working seamlessly behind it.

Every seat has a view. Every detail has a purpose. ✨

A classroom is more than rows of seats and a space to teach. It’s an environment that shapes attention, encourages engagement, and makes every learning experience count.

From the rhythm of stepped seating and carefully planned sightlines to warm linear lighting, acoustic wall panelling, and integrated storage, every element serves a purpose. The interplay of wood textures, soft illumination, and functional detailing brings character to a space designed around people and their experience.

At Ewara, we believe that great institutional design goes beyond aesthetics—it creates spaces that work intelligently, feel inviting, and make a lasting impression.

The beauty of a finished project is built into the details long before construction begins.

From retaining wall sections and reinforcement to plinth beams, top beams and expansion joints, every detail in these drawings has a purpose — to manage soil, structure, movement and water, while ensuring the building remains stable for years to come.

What looks like lines, dimensions and reinforcement on paper eventually becomes the strength beneath the architecture.

Because great architecture isn’t just about what you see.
It’s about what makes it stand.

Your AutoCAD workflow might be taking twice as long as it needs to.

The difference between knowing AutoCAD and working efficiently in AutoCAD isn’t how many commands you remember.

It’s knowing which command to use, when to use it, and how to combine it with your workflow.

📌 Save this for your next drawing set.
And tell us below: which AutoCAD command has saved you the most time?

POST 3/3 — THE DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

RATNATRAYA | Where Family Becomes Architecture
Five families. Five homes. One shared identity.

The planning of Ratnatraya is rooted in a simple idea: individuality within togetherness.

Each residence is designed to function independently, while the overall composition creates a unified architectural character. Private entrances, balconies and outdoor pockets provide each family with its own space, while the common façade establishes a strong sense of belonging.

The architecture intentionally combines solid and void, built form and landscape, privacy and openness.
Deep projections create shade.

Balconies extend everyday living outdoors.
Screens filter views and light.
Layered greenery brings softness to the façade.
And the restrained material palette keeps five homes visually connected.

This is the kind of architecture that goes beyond a façade—it creates a sense of place, belonging and legacy.

At Ewara, we believe residential architecture should not simply house a family.
It should become a part of the family’s story.

RATNATRAYA
Five residences. One family. A shared legacy.

POST 2/3 — THE ARCHITECTURAL LANGUAGE

RATNATRAYA | Designed as a Collective

What makes five individual homes feel like one address?
A consistent architectural language.

For Ratnatraya, the façade was carefully developed through a balance of warm materials, greenery and geometric detailing.

Vertical timber-toned fins bring warmth and rhythm.
Natural stone textures add depth and permanence.
Glass balcony railings keep the elevation visually light.
Decorative screens introduce layers of privacy without completely closing the façade.
And abundant planters soften the built form with nature.

The result is a contemporary tropical aesthetic with subtle Indian sensibilities—modern in its geometry, warm in its materiality and human in its relationship with landscape.

Every element has a purpose:
shade, privacy, ventilation, proportion, texture or visual balance.

Because a beautiful façade should never be decoration alone.
It should be architecture with intent.

POST 1/3 —THE WHOLE PROJECT

RATNATRAYA | Five Homes. One Family.
Five homes, designed as one architectural family.

Ratnatraya is a Jain residence at AVR Township, Betul, envisioned as five individual homes for five families—connected by a common architectural language while allowing each home its own sense of identity.

The design draws from a contemporary interpretation of classical architecture—where clean proportions, refined cornices, framed openings and subtle ornamentation come together with modern planning and functionality.

Rather than designing five identical boxes, the façade was composed as a collective streetscape—creating rhythm, symmetry and visual continuity across the entire row.
Because good architecture is not just about how one house looks.
It is about how a group of homes belongs together.

Ratnatraya | A shared legacy, expressed through architecture.

3 SMALL DESIGN DECISIONS THAT MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE ✨

Great interiors aren’t always about adding more.
Sometimes, it’s about making the right decisions.

🔹01 — LAYERED LIGHTING 💡
Combine ambient, task and accent lighting to create depth, warmth and functionality. The right lighting can completely transform how a space feels.

🔹02 — CORRECT CEILING HEIGHT 📐
A well-proportioned ceiling can make a room feel more open, balanced and comfortable. Ceiling design should enhance the architecture—not overwhelm it.

🔹03 — CONSISTENT MATERIAL PALETTE 🪵
A thoughtful combination of materials, colours and textures creates visual harmony and helps the entire space feel cohesive and timeless.

Great design is in the details.
Thoughtful choices create timeless spaces.

Save this for your next design project. ✨

3 PLANNING MISTAKES THAT MAKE A HOME FEEL SMALLER 📐

A home doesn’t have to be large to feel spacious.
Sometimes, it’s the planning that makes all the difference.

🔹01 — OVERSIZED FURNITURE
Furniture that is too large for the room eats into usable space and makes movement feel restricted. Choose proportions that allow the room to breathe.

🔹02 — POOR CIRCULATION
Narrow or blocked pathways can make even a generous room feel cramped. Plan clear, comfortable movement routes from the beginning.

🔹03 — TOO MANY VISUAL PARTITIONS
Excess walls, bulky cabinets and unnecessary divisions can break visual continuity. Create openness wherever the function of the space allows.

Good planning creates spacious, comfortable homes.
Design smart. Live better.
