💼 Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell domestic solar water heaters and residential solar power plant solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for clean energy, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new domestic customers for solar water heater and rooftop solar systems.

Conduct field visits, site assessments, and explain product benefits to customers.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure timely installation and service coordination.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback.

🎯 Requirements

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, or Marketing).

Experience: 1–3 years in solar, electrical, or consumer durables sales preferred.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.

Basic knowledge of solar systems (training will be provided if needed).
