WE ARE HIRING | STUDIO & PROJECT COORDINATOR | BENGALURU

We are looking for someone who can see the whole picture and keep things moving.

D+R DESIGN is a 22-year-old architectural practice working on a small number of carefully selected residential, institutional, commercial and technology projects.

We are looking for a Studio & Project Coordinator to become the organisational centre of our practice.

This is not an architectural design role and not a conventional administrative position.

You will work closely with the principals and architectural team to:

• Track project schedules, drawings, deliverables and deadlines
• Coordinate clients, consultants, vendors and meetings
• Follow up on material samples, quotations and approvals
• Keep track of agreements, invoices and billing milestones
• Maintain project action lists and document flow
• Support recruitment and studio operations
• Use AI and digital tools to make our workflows smarter and more efficient

You do not need to be an architect.

You do need to be highly organised, articulate, digitally comfortable, curious and persistent about closing loops.

If you enjoy bringing order to creative environments and want to understand how a small, crafted design practice actually works, we would love to hear from you.

90% of Indian kitchens have this problem.
Nobody talks about it.

The countertop sink.

Looks clean in the showroom.
Becomes a problem in 6 months.

Here is why.

In India, we lift vessels and pour water directly.
That rim where sink meets granite?
Water sits there every single day.

The silicon seal fails within a year.
Water seeps under the granite.
Cabinet base gets wet daily.
Mould grows where you cannot see it.
Plywood swells. Cabinet rots.

By year 3, the entire under-sink cabinet
needs replacing.

The fix is simple.
Undermount the sink.
No rim. No joint. No moisture trap.

This detail costs nothing extra to get right.
But costs a lot to fix later.

We have specified undermount sinks in every
kitchen we have designed for 10+ years.
Not because it looks better.
Because it works better for how Indians actually cook.

We Are Hiring – Two Positions at D+R DESIGN (Bangalore)

We are looking for people who take architecture seriously. Not casually. Not temporarily.

1️⃣ Architect / Technical Coordinator (3–4 Years Experience)

We need someone strong in:
• Detailed documentation
• CAD drafting
• SketchUp modelling
• Project coordination

Open to B.Arch or B.E. Civil candidates.

If you have solid technical skills, are disciplined with drawings, and understand site coordination, we are happy to talk. This role is execution-focused and requires precision and responsibility.

2️⃣ Junior Architect (Fresh Graduate)
