BAAP! Building As A Product

For eons, buildings have been built on site from scratch using raw materials such as bricks and cement. It is still the case today, even in the midst of so much advancement.
Majority of the problems in the construction industry is due to exactly that; CONSTRUCTION!

So I set out to solve all of the problems I faced as an AEC company, and my clients faced in each and every project, big and small.

The answer was to ELIMINATE ALL CONSTRUCTION at the site and come up with an idea that will make it possible to ASSEMBLE any type of building with factory-made and factory-finished standardised components.
