What is your favourite type of mango?

Cool, creamy, just firm enough. Your teeth bite in and then it happens! The juice bursts on to your tongue, the sweetness threatens to take over and suddenly a hint of tartness cuts in. Over all of this the mango's unique flavour dances.
If you haven't tried this before, you have no idea what a difference this makes to the whole experience.
Sit down, keep the mango in front of you, take a deep breathe, close your eyes and dig in. Try not to hurt the person who disturbs you :)
