For Dayanand and Lokesh of Shobha Electricals, the decision to go solar was never about price. They wanted clarity on the land, the grid, the numbers, and how the project would be executed.

They commissioned their first 2.3 MWp solar power park with Dexler Energy at Nanjanagudu, with clear visibility at every stage and generation numbers that delivered from day one once the park was operational.

That experience gave them the confidence to return for a second, larger 2.9 MWp project at Bannur. For Shobha Electricals, the second project carried forward what the first had already established: trust.

Behind every solar park we build is a team that treats precision as non-negotiable.

They are the reason a park commissioned today will still be generating in 2051. The reason our clients trust us with a 25-year decision. The reason "built to last" means something at rather than being a line on a wall.

Engineering, to us, is not about putting equipment on land. It is about building something a business can own with confidence for decades, and standing behind it long after the work is done.

Onam at Dexler this year looked like this.

Our people came in early to lay the pookalam, wore their best whites and kasavu, and turned an ordinary work day into something that felt like home.

We spend most of the year talking about energy, assets, and the long term. Days like this are a good reminder that the company is really just the people in these photos. The ones who build the parks, answer the calls, and show up for each other.
