A compact Fashion Boutique designed for a Fashion designer client.

This project involved a very simple brief of a compact cabin for the Designer and a workspace for the tailors. Since space was a constraint, the partition was multi functional with storage on both sides and a display too. The arches and colour palette of the studio added to the femininity of the space.

The Master Bedroom in this project was a very huge rectangular space with window only on one corner of the space.

Keeping in mind the Vastu requirements, the wardrobe and sleeping zones were divided with a very light custom design Metal Jali partition, without making the space look smaller.
The opposite TV wall is finished in grey texture, teak finished storage unit with deep blue grooves.

This Informal Living Room floor feels like streams of water flowing through, and an almost Monolithic White Marble clad Puja Room walls resting above!! A custom light fixture for this double height space is designed to blend with the concept of black and gold accents with a hint of colour, throwing more life to this otherwise minimalistic material palette.

Foyer again is designed to have a clean look, with the Puja room’s wall clad in White Marble, inspired by the tiers of the sculpturistic outer stone walls of the Hoysala temples. These walls almost look floating above the Statuario marble flooring, as if floating over a river, with grey veins imitating the water flow.

The concept of this Puja Room is based on Hoysala Temple Architecture with hand carved grey granite Elephants at the base of the side walls, leading to the marble counter. The inner main wall is clad with hard carved stone petals inspired by the temples of Hampi, while the floor and remaining walls are clad in white marble.

The wooden ceiling is a continuity from foyer, drawing your eyes towards this beautifully carved teak wood lotus, yet again an inspiration from the Hampi temple stone ceilings.

The material palette of this Puja room is kept simple yet sophisticated, giving it a very clean look.

This lift and staircase core was kept as simple as possible in terms of the material palette, restricting it to just Marble and wood and colours to just black and white with some wood finish highlights.

The beautiful fluidic white grains in the black marble compliment the floor and wall colours.

This minimalistic material palette of white marble, grey granite, teak wood adds different textures and colours to the space in a very balanced way, with accents of brass inlays in the floor giving it a traditional touch and yet not over powering each other.
