Some of the most expensive structural surprises happen right after a decision is already made.

A building changes hands, and the new owner discovers hidden distress. A commercial space is converted to heavier use, and the structure was never designed to carry the new loads.

A glimpse into the RREN Youth Entrepreneur Experience Program.

Designed for students in Grades 9 and 10, the program gave youth an opportunity to step into a professional workplace and understand what happens behind the scenes of a business.

Through interactions with professionals, workplace observation, and participation, they explored how teams work, how decisions are made, how challenges are approached, and what it takes to turn an idea into something meaningful.

More than understanding entrepreneurship, the experience was about helping youth discover their interests, ask better questions, and see the possibilities beyond the classroom.

Because sometimes, the best way to understand what you can become is to experience it first-hand.
