Here’s one of our latest project which we had worked at skyline 24 carat, a project which we would like to take closer to our heart as this project has its own significant details and the client who was very specific about the requirements that could accomodate their needs and functionality, this project took around 3 months to complete and the best part is the sunset from the site, which is truly a breathtaking view. This tropical residence in Ranny, Pathanamthitta artfully merges traditional Kerala architecture with Tropical elements. The exterior features elegant wooden panels, complemented by a sloping metal roof that combines traditional aesthetics with contemporary durability. Expansive verandahs and balconies connect seamlessly with lush gardens and a central courtyard with a waterbody and a pool, enhancing natural light and ventilation throughout the home. The interior showcases rich wooden flooring and traditional Athangudi tiles, alongside modern fixtures and sustainable technologies such as energy-efficient systems and rainwater harvesting. This thoughtful integration creates a residence that is both culturally evocative and environmentally conscious.

Strategically designed to combat the summer heat, the house features thoughtful elements such as shaded verandas and overhangs that provide cool retreats while allowing gentle breezes to flow through. Large windows encircle the house, inviting the lush monsoon views inside, connecting the residents with the vibrant natural landscape of Kerala. The interior spaces continue the theme of symmetry and comfort, with airy rooms that are bathed in natural light during the day and provide a cozy ambiance at night. Mridul's residence is an architectural delight that looks spectacular with its clean, bold lines defining its glory. The house is linear that runs along the east- west axis with the entrance being at the centre that parts the public and private spaces in two halves. The house is designed so that minimal heat penetrates and maximum natural light and ventilation floods in all areas.
