Not every office needs to look like an office.

For Veeda Clinical Research’s Bodakdev branch, a compact footprint, limited budget, and low ceiling heights shaped the design challenge.

Instead of working against these constraints, we used them as part of the design language. Clerestory windows bring daylight into the double-height core, a mezzanine makes use of the vertical volume, and exposed electrical conduits become an intentional visual element.

The result is a functional lab and office environment where colour, light, and planning do more of the work.

Good design isn’t about spending more. It’s about knowing where it matters.

2,000 sq. ft. 20 desks. 2 MD cabins. One clear brief: make it nothing like the previous office.

With complete creative freedom from Mr. Jirawala, we introduced an energetic palette of peach and neutrals, fluted walls, cane details, and suspended storage that doubles as a design element.

The layout was planned to keep the office feeling open, with transparent partitions allowing daylight to travel from the window wall through the workspace.

The goal was simple: maximise functionality without creating a space that feels packed.

Efficient doesn’t have to mean ordinary.

What if the centrepiece of a restaurant was alive?

At Yanki Sizzlerr in Gandhinagar, a sculptural aquarium runs from the bakery into the main dining hall, becoming the visual anchor of the space.

Around it, curved burnt-orange seating, earthy terrazzo, bamboo ceilings, and an open kitchen create an environment designed as much for the experience as the meal.

Working within an existing office building came with its own set of challenges, from fitting the aquarium to accommodating 250+ guests while working around structural beams, HVAC, and lighting.

The result is 8,820 sq. ft. designed to make dining feel memorable.

Light was the brief before the brief.

When we first walked into this 3,000 sq. ft. home for the Parmar family, the natural light streaming through the windows set the direction for the design. The spaces were reworked to bring in more brightness, more air, and a stronger connection with the greenery outside.

The design brings together a contemporary material palette with details that carry family memory. A cherished family bed was restored and incorporated into the new space, while a green curtain planter softly separates the living and dining areas without closing them off.

Modern doesn’t always mean starting over. Sometimes, it means designing thoughtfully around what already matters.

Designed for movement. Built for sport.

Spread across 4.9 acres in Ahmedabad, Sprint Recreation Centre brings 18 sporting disciplines together under one roof, creating a space where sport, community, and everyday recreation come together.

From cricket, football, athletics and swimming to tennis, badminton, basketball, yoga and indoor sports, the planning was driven by one idea: make every movement through the centre feel effortless.

The project was developed in multiple phases, balancing functionality, durability, existing vegetation, site movement, and long-term maintenance, while creating an energetic identity that comes alive during the day and after dark.

Aaryavrat, the design focused on creating a workplace that feels formal, spacious, and effortless to navigate.

The entrance, reception, waiting area, and executive cabin were thoughtfully planned to improve both the experience and functionality of the 1,200 sq.ft. space. From integrated greenery and smart partitions to refined detailing in the executive cabin, every element has a purpose.

Because good design isn’t about how much you add. It’s about how well everything comes together.
